Life updated August 2018

Wow I am so bad at keeping this updated, I so don’t even know where to start since the app for this is no longer updated for my phone it makes it a little bit more difficult to remember to post regularly.  But that’s a story for another day, if you don’t follow my Facebook or Instagram we moved last July back to Colorado. It was a big todo and all that right after the littles first birthday. Fitting as she has now turned the big 2 and is really showing it. I was rehired at signet jewelers under the Zale Corp umbrella last year as well. We are happily living in a cute little townhouse and are finally tying the know this October in the mountains.

On the crafting side of things, I have only just recently started really getting into scrapbooking again, after working on a December Daily album last Christmas. I absolutely love how it is turning out, (no I have not completed it yet, still waiting on photos from the printer and the in-laws) I have however just asbout finished 5 months worth of the littles project life baby album (again waiting on photos from the in laws and ink for my printer). Her baby blanket has yet to be completed and I keep wanting to start a quiet book for her. Her favorite thing to do right now is buckle herself into her car seat.

On the workout front I have not had a decent one in months, the last two days however I have been able to get a couple of walks in. Just about 2 miles each. It never ceases to amaze me that I always have issues stoping my workout or walk until I can barely move and I love every second of it, but I can never find the time to get out and run when I’m not off work. When we lived in York I never had an issue with getting out and doing my runs now though it’s darn near impossible with my work schedule the way it is. 204 hours of vacation and I can’t use any of it due to management always being out and on vacation. I think I may put in for a week off next month in order to get back on track with my running. Also so that we can get all of our invitations out for the wedding.

Also just looking for ideas but I am toying with the idea of registering for the Disney princess 1/2 marathon on the 7th of this month. I know I would probably have enough time to truly train for it, and it would force me to get back into the swing of things with my running and workouts. What are your thoughts. Please let me know. It’s either that or the other 1/2 up Cheyenne Mountain which is on October 20th this year. Let me know what you all think, should I do the marathon the week before my wedding? Who knows.

Running with baby month 2

Well I'll be honest, running hasn't happened yet and she is almost 2 months old... Agh! Tomorrow I am getting my butt up and taking her when she gets up at 6 am no excuses.

Hmm that didn't work out so hot to be honest... I didn't sleep last night and she refused to go anywhere in the stroller that was hotter than 78 degrees out.

Running update: 6/14/15

So this week I added some different workouts to my plan, and I enjoyed it so much I actually lost count on how many miles and days I had run this week. Weird right? Anyway on to the segmented update;

Monday: 3.86 miles through this neighborhood I live around, now this run I have very few decent pictures from I was more focused on not dying from the humidity and heat. I really need to learn to bring water with me on runs. But over all I had quite a bit of fun.

Wednesday: now instead of the planned run this day, my BF and I went for a hike. It was roughly 2.5 miles through a developed park, what I mean is it wasn't deer trails
Terrible picture I know, here is a better one of the trail, it was decently wide and gravel covered.
But we actually went for one specific thing and that was so that we could see these beautiful waterfalls.
The hike back down wasn't too bad and I really enjoyed the beach cool off after in the lake. It reminded me of when I was little and swimming in Boot lake, before I got all weirded out by germs and all that jazz.
And yes this is a back shot of the BF, I know he doesn't really want me posting pictures of his face on here or anywhere for that matter. He's a very private person.

Saturday: 4.27 miles. Now this would be the day that I actually forgot how many miles I gadfly the week at this point. I had thought the only day I had worked out was Wednesday and I only had 2.5 miles to my name for the week. As I had already decided what my miles would be I just knew I had to do two 4 mile runs in order to get even remotely close to my goal of 10-15 miles a week. So I pushed myself out for a 4 mile run before going into work. It was fun until I reached the prison where it got a little creepy but on the way back I saw this little guy on the opposite side of the street.
It's a little groundhog, he was so cute.

Sunday: well it was insanely humid and hot at 1030 in the morning today so my plan for a 10k was dashed, I only got 2.06 miles in today. I did however go up to a new park by where I work so in theory I could run over there before or after my shift and get more miles during the week. But we shall see.

So over all I did 12.7 miles. Not bad considering I had thought I wouldn't even be able to get the 10 I had planned out. Well I will chat with you all again soon. As always luv ya all!

Running update: first week of June

So in this the first week of my massive running dreams. I did a little over 12 miles. All while working a near 40+ hour work week, yes 40 hrs is a lot for me as I am only part time at my current job. Do I wish I had a full time job? Heck yes I miss the benefits and the money, but right now this is working for me.

This week I plan on getting at least another 8-9 miles in and really push myself to jog/run most of the runs and cut my walking back to 30 second intervals only. We shall see how that works out. I would like to be able to have 4 miles in under an hour by the end of the month. I think it is do able.

In other news, I don't know if I mentioned this here or not, I actually fell on May 29th and have been having issues with my hand ever since. As a result of this, I am actually going to have to find a new dr before my annual appt comes up or go to the urgent care clinic and get it checked out. It's to the point that if I try to pick things up or even tap it on anything I just get sharp pains shooting ip my arm. Well we shall see who turns out with it.

As always luv ya all and I'll talk with you again later.

Running update: June plan

So it has been a while since I have updated my running and workout plans here, I am horrible at it. But I have been keeping track of them in my runner's calendar
and my Nike+ app, one of the things I love about the run journal/calendar is the graph in the back pages so that you can physically see the progress you have been making when adding miles to your weeks.
I don't remember if I posted about it here or not but this is the last week of the #BikiniSeries on Tone It Up.com, I did get the nutrition plan and unfortunately fell off the plan when my work began scheduling me with more hours.

This week today I am starting again with it. And plan on running at least 50 miles total for the month of June. Now looking back at the months leading up to this I believe it is doable for me. And I plan to get at least 10-20 miles per week this month as well. So that should be fun right. I will also be working out every day with the tone it up book. I am so excited for this month.

Hope you all have a great week and I will try to be better about updating you guys on how my training is progressing. As always luv ya all! And I will chat with you again next time.

Workouts... Yep this again

So as you all could probably guess I fell off the wagon sometime after the princess 1/2 marathon last year, after that I was only working out maybe once or twice a week. I tried several workout plans but couldn't make them fit into my work schedule. At the end of July beginning of August I tried to get back into running again only to fall into a slight depression when my Grandma died on the 12th of August. I can literally count on  my hands how many times I went to the gym or even went for a run between August and December.

However I am trying to turn it around this year, I have a couple races planned and have been training for them since the start of the year. I also joined the #TIUloveyourbody challenge this year and have been keeping up with those workouts as well. However the gym is still kicking my butt, I am really enjoying it. And since I have been out of a job for almost a week I have been running/walking a lot more as well. And yes I have been looking for work as well, however I hate sitting at home doing nothing, I always have. Well that is it for now, maybe at the end of this challenge I will post a before and after picture however I don't know if I should or not.

Now I am off to fix a snack and put in more resumes, as always luv ya all, and have a great afternoon.

Been MIA sorry

So I do apologize for not keeping you all updated but a lot has happened in my personal life over the last couple of months that, to be honest, just hasn't been fantastic. We moved again, due to mold in our last apartment, which I can't remember if I posted about or not but it was stressful. At that time I had planned to post a what I got for my birthday deal, however my birthday was on August 4th and we had to move on the fifth so I did get to unwrap my gifts from family and friends but had to pack them right back up again. I know fun right? They are all still packed up right now too. We had to get rid of the only real furniture we had gotten up to that point as well.

Then, when things were just starting to settle back down after that, had started saving to replace furniture and such, my grandmother took a turn for the worse and passed on. So I flew up to Wisconsin for her funeral at the end of August. And had a bit of a downward funk of a mood for about a month. In that time frame I can count on one hand how many times I had actually gotten outside to run or even workout in general honestly.

But now we have a couch again, slightly used but better than our old one, it's a lazyboy.

We also hope to have a bed and mattress soon as well or atleast I hope we do, we have been sleeping on an air mattress since the move and it got a hole yesterday. Tried to patch it up today and it is turning into an epic fail escipade right now.
But yea tomorrow will be posting about my attempt at making apple butter so wish me luck!

QOTD: what do you do when things get out of control?

Summer workout essentials

After a summer and a half  in PA, can honestly say that I miss the high heat and low humidity of colorado. In the last two months I have been working on and completed the #RWRunStreak challenge, in that time I have also finally joined a gym out here (more on that later) but I think I have a pretty good idea of what I will be using as my forever essentials, or atleast the essentials for the east coast. Now while I am not a physical trainer in any aspect nor am I a nutritionist, these are more common sense things or items that I have added because of what I have read and they happened to work out for me. And with that little disclaimer out of the way, on to the list.

1. A water bottle. This is pretty self explainitory you should always hydrate when working out and throughout the day. I have 2 water bottles I use regularly. A .75L camelbak that I take everywhere with me. And a cheap little bottle I take on my long runs. I love the pocket for my keys on that one.

2. Workout clothes. Again self explainitory. Right now I love these old workout capris I have had for years from jc penny's.

3. shoes. My favorite running shoes are split between three different companies at the moment. Nike and the Lunarfly+4 that are now discontinued and I can no longer find anywhere, I was using these mostly as walking and gym shoes anyway so they aren't quite dead yet. Asics and their gel noosa tri 8, these lasted forever before I had to retire them, I would have replaced them with the new version if I could find them at a decent price. So I replaced them with the gel-forte, and so far I love these little bitties, the only thing I miss is the bright colors of the noosa's so I may have to get a bright pair to be my back up shoes this time around. The third brand I love is Saucony and their cohesion 6 shoes. I was thinking about the cohesion 7's as my back up shoes but since I got a pair of muted shoes for my main pair I feel the need for brighter backups so I will have to think on that for a little bit longer.

4. Pre-workout snacks. Lately I have been on a smoothie and fruit kick for my pre-workout. I know I should look into a real pre-workout drink, but at the moment this is working for me. I also, if I am short on time will just eat a half of a Luna bar.

5. Post workout. If I had a Luna bar before the workout I will eat the other half after. I also drink a full bottle of water. And might have a slim fast shake with skim milk and/or some fruit.

I hope this helps. And I hope to have my June favorites up by the end of the weekend, wish me luck. And as always luv ya all and I will talk again soon.

#RWRunStreak days 11-14

Yep I just need to catch up so I can start fresh tomorrow with the 15th and 16th days of my #RWRunStreak, so on with the program.

Day 11

was 3.04 miles wasn't really planned at that far just kinda went and kept going. I still can't believe how amazing I feel after a walk, run, or just a workout in general. It was a beautiful day too boot. This was also the day we signed up for our gym membership at anytime fitness. YAY for the gym.

Day 12 was on a Friday and I did have to work but this afternoon walk was pretty good as well, the bf came along on the walk again and we saw many interesting things like a turkey vulture.
And that buiding is just your average rest home/rehabilitation facility for older folks. It even came with this really creepy playground, sorry for te blurry pictures the bf had me moving my butt on this walk since he really did not want to be there.

Day 13 a Saturday, I was actually off of work, amazing I know, so I was able to get a 2.58 mile run in first thing in the morning, only to find out later that the bf wanted to go to the gym after he got off work. Which we did, I proceeded to get another 1.12miles on the elliptical trainer and do a wee bit of lifting. So excited. So that was a total of 3.7miles for the day. Yippie.

Day 14 was again after work, and in a full face of makeup because I wanted to get my run in before the massive rain storm that was coming in. As a result only went for 1.19 miles before it started to pour. It was sprinkling a bit during my run and it was super humid but it was still enjoyable.

Randomness from my runs:And yet I did find something's that were interesting in the last week of runs. Aparently they have a thing called the book nook bonanza annually, I'm just a little curious about that

I also got my first bites of the season this week, hoping they don't get any worse. Did I mention I hate Mosquitos? And aparently baking soda helps to keep the swelling down, who knew.

Anyway that is it for now, as always luv ya all! And I will talk with you soon.

Days 9 and 10 #RWRunStreak

Almost 2 weeks in, and by almost two weeks I really just mean a week and a half. Anyway on day 9 fell on a Tuesday a day in which I had to work a really awkward shift, and as a result the mile was done within the confines of the mall with my nike+ iPod app on my phone along with my nike lunarfly+4 shoes. The main thing I did learn on this day was that you really cannot shut the app up, not having headphones, and every mile the voice from the app screams even if the phone is set to silent and the volume on the speaker is all the way down it still yells at you. Needless to say I have never forgotten my headphones since.

Day 10 I once again did my mile quickly after work with a full face of makeup on. I didn't really have much choice on that as I ended up being at work late and still needed to run. But I did see some interesting things on my walk/run/jog a little league/ peewee baseball game. Sorry I really don't know children's sports terminology. It was quite adorable though.
Now I just have a few more back posts on this #RWRunStreak to catch up to today's run. Wish me luck that I can get it done before the end of today. Well it is time for me to eat breakfast and stretch, hope you all have a fantastic Sunday! And I will talk to you soon. As always luv ya all!

Days 7&8 #rwrunstreak

Well first let me apologize for these updates being so far behind, but the last few days have been kind of hectic, add to that the bf has been very addiment about me trying to get back on a normal sleeping schedule anyway back to the topic.

Day 7 of my run streak on Sunday June 1st was pretty uneventful walk with the bf after work. Yep he finally went out with me on a walk and to be honest I did shorten my planned distance because of that but I love him. Anyway this day was 1.31miles
This picture was taken right after we gat back from the walk as you can see it was starting to get kind of late in the day.

Day 8 my nike+ was having a few issues hence the two photos of my distance and to be honest it was a rather enjoyable run before my phone spazzed out like that.
But oh well it happens right? This run was pretty humid too and maybe that was the issue. Oh well now onto the next update, yep still trying to catch up on these, I've actually had them written up for 3-4 days. But as always luv ya all! See ya next time.

Days 5&6 #rwrunstreak

Yep I am still going strong, been less than a week of running/walking/jogging daily. So on this update we have days 5 and 6, so let's get started.

Day 5:
Was done with my Nike lunarfly+4, these are my favorite running shoes for when I am on the treadmill. However this day was not on the treadmill, it was just walking in the mall because I was closing at work so I had to get my workout in while on my break. So that was fun. On a side note, normally I would have done my run before work outside, but I did have a doctors appointment that morning. So that is my excuse for using shopping as exercise for the day.

Day 6:
This run was right after work, and was originally planning on only running 1-1.5 miles but ended up with 2 by trying to avoid clouds of weed smoke sigh. But I suppose it is good as I needed the exercise, right? Yes of course I did. It was really beautiful out on my run last night though.
Just enough clouds to make the sky look interesting in photos at dusk, not only that but I also took a route that brought me by this sick car
Yes that is a neon green 'cuda, such a sexy beast of a car. Wanna see it from another angle I know I do, Bam.
Not the best lighting but what can you do the sun was going down.

Anyway that is it for days 5&6, hope to see you all again tomorrow for days 7&8 they should be a little more interesting the bf promised to go with me this time. As always luv ya all! And have a fantastic Sunday!

Day 3 & 4 #RWRunStreak2014

Day 3: this was a 1.5ish mile loop day.
Not super exciting, it was cloudy and slightly beginning to do this little misting rain thing. Not a super enjoyable run by any means, however I was really happy to get out for it anyway.

Day 4: walked 1.5 miles indoors at my local mall, one of the great things about malls is a lot of them have walking programs that will tell you a rough guesstimate of how long the "track" is so to speak. Mine is about .5-.75 miles around it I did one loop upstairs and one on the bottoms floor as well. The main reason for this is it was raining all day long, and while at the other apartment when this happened I would just take a quick jaunt to the gym across the street I do not have that option at the new place.

And while I hope to be joining a gym soon, but I haven't really gotten past the reserch phase on it. I know the next step is a trial membership for like a week or a month somewhere but I just don't know yet. I mean I probably could get by with just a few hand weights in the apartment and a massage roller, but these are things that are "not essential and will not be purchased right away" bf's words not mine. Anyway, this post was just supposed to update you all on my run streak and not to much more than that. I am off to get some breakfast, get ready for work/doctors appt and head out for the day. I will try to update you all on my new projects tomorrow. As always I luv ya all! And have a great day!

Run streak days 1 and 2

Day 1 of my #rwrunstreak was interesting I ended up running after I got off work in a full face of make-up simply because it was starting to get dark and the bf did not want to walk with me.
I did end up walking most of it because my knee was still a little tender and sore from twisting it at work the other day. But all in all a very fun walk.
I saw lots of beautiful flowers while I was out before the sun went down too.

Day 2:
so today I almost ran a full mile during my run/walk/jog thing today. Total it was 3.59 miles but not too bad if I do say so myself (sad attempt at being cocky, horrible I know). The weather was amazing, beautiful and sunny not a cloud in the sky, but humid as heck. It reminded me so much of the heat of summer out in Colorado, and by that I mean it felt like it was a breezy 105 degree day. Yet it was only 89 degrees, figure that out.
Clearly I was sweating buckets and I enjoyed every minute of it.

Anyway, I think my knee is slowly getting better, yet the main thing that was triggering the knee pain is still in play. This was the tightness in my calf and quad, which caused this issue for me about this time last year.  We shall see though. For now off to work. As always luv ya all!

Happy Memorial Day weekend

So I am hoping this post finds you all well and happy on this summer kickoff weekend. I'm of course going to be working (big surprise there right?). Anyway I have been thinking of doing the #RWRunStreak again, which if you all don't know I tried and failed at last year in about mid-June early July. The #RWRunStreak is when you run one mile every day for the summer or holiday seasons, do right now from Memorial Day to Labor Day I will run/walk/jog atleast 1 mile every day. Which I am hoping to continue with today and tomorrow.
You see I kind of want my run streak to have started yesterday, but I don't know. My bf and mother both say I should wait until after my doctors appt on the 30th to start something like this seeing as how my knee was swollen the other day. It's fine now, and I really think it was just from not stretching properly before and after my runs/workouts.

This months runs have also been really interesting, since we moved I have had to find new running routes within our new neiborhood. I don't like it, the only route I have been able to find that doesn't bore me to tears is running to and from the post office. It is about 3.5mi out and back and not super interesting till you get to the prison. I mean the things you see in the front lawn of that place would blow your mind, (note to self never take kids on this route). Not that I plan on having kids here, long story ment for another day. And now for breakfast and possibly a walk, we shall see. Luv ya all! And I will talk with you again soon.

ETA: I did get a walk in today if not a run, in order to stop myself from running I wore what I would to go hiking (i.e. Denim shorts, and a lightweight tee, and no sports bra) for you see without a heavy duty sports bra running is just too painful for me and if I don't wear one I do not run, period. On a side note I did think of a way I could get some extra miles in, wearing my nike+ running shoes to the mall and tracking my steps. Good idea or not? What do you all think? Well I am off to get ready for work.

Long week this week.

So this week I only ran once, which really really stinks. I had great plans for my running but since I now have to drive so far to get to work, and I don't have a treadmill to use anymore. It is getting harder and harder to get my runs in before or even after work. Add to that the amout of hours they have me working each week is rather insane. But hey money is money right?

Sorry for the short updates lately but I've just been trying to get any kind of posts up at all. My April favorites is not going to happen the list I had been keeping in my phone somehow got deleted, but I am planning a May favorites at the end of the month with some new things I have been trying out and some old things I have been trying to use up. Wait does that phrase make it sound like they shouldn't be in a favorites post... Hmmm I'll think about that a little later this month. Anyway I have got some big plans for races in the next couple of weeks as well and I am super excited for them. My co-worker suggested a race/challenge that we could do as a store to help build team morale, I might just do it for me if no one else wants to do it, but she said she would bring the information about it into work on her next shift. Anyway I ended the week with over 40 hrs. I wonder what they're gonna do about that, I was told I was joy allowed to have more than 27 hrs in any given week. And that is two in a row now that I have had more than what I am allowed. Oh well all I can say is I better get paid those hours or someone is gonna lose their mind and it may very well end up being me.

Well that is all I have to say on this fine day. I am off to fix something for dindin. Luv ya all! And thanks for listening to me rant.

Running update 4/1/14- 4/15/14

So after last months fail on keeping a weekly update on my running I decided maybe it would be best to just do a bi-monthly update with it. And I think it might be kind of working. But to be honest not really. I am running a lot more this month thankfully. But the bf and I are in the process of moving as well (more on that after we are done) and I am finding out that I am less of a monster to him when I have run at some point during the day.

Anyway during the first half of this month I did run a total of six times from April 1st to the 15th.

April 3rd: I ran 4.46miles and this was the first time I had run outside in a few weeks. And loved every minute of it.

April 4th: ran 2.09 miles on the treadmill simply because I didn't have time to run outside that day, I needed the forced pace that it provides as I did not have too much spare time.

April 7th: ran 3.22 miles on the treadmill, ran this because my parents signed me into this program back home where they have a 5k once a week every Tuesday.

April 10th: 4.27 miles outside again and loved it so very much. I really love running and walking outside, but with my work schedule it doesn't allow for it to much. I wish it did, but what can you do. I also used this for a virtual 5k I think, it's been a while since I did it and cannot seem to find my notes on that run.

April 11th: 3.58 miles treadmill again while I do like running outside I do find the forced pace with the treadmill easier for me to train with. And I know that is probably not the best way to do things but I will probably get a talking to from any trainer when we join a gym.

April 13th: 2.33 miles outside. Didn't really have time to run too far this day but he weather was way too nice to not run outside.

So overall I am still enjoying the process of running, and have even found some virtual runs that I am enjoying. The one I did in this half of the month was the jelly bean 5k the week before Easter. And I have also been doing a few challenges with my parents as well.

Well that is it for this post hope you all are having an amazing April. Now I am off to maybe get ready for a run or get ready for work. Not sure at the moment. As alway luv you all.

Little bit of random with a dash of running

Well it is 10:50pm and for the second night in a row I am unable to sleep. I am not totally sure on why but I have a decent idea of the reason which I will get into later in this post. Anyway, I know the reason for last nights insomnia. I had a water baby (if for whatever reason you do not know what a water baby is. It is when you drink so much fluids in such a short amount of time that your belly looks similar to a woman who is 3-4 months pregnant.) and was getting up every 2-3 hours to use the bathroom. Although I have a feeling it was more often than that. Tonight on the other hand I have no idea why I am having issues sleeping. I just have a boatload of energy and can't seem to get rid if it, yet at the same time I am so tired that I can't even type this clearly. So on with the random...

So as I have said, during the month of March, I did not have a lot of time to get out and run nearly as much as I would have liked. Weather was a contributing factor as well as the fact that the store I was working at closed, more on that later. However I think I have figured out a system for my running, a system that had worked before my move but I am getting back into. So this week I finally got kinda sorta back into the swing of things with my running routine. I was able to get two decent workouts in and was quite pleased with the pace I had set for myself. A little bit faster than I am used to but not so fast that I wear myself out before I have gotten even half of my workout in. I will go into greater detail about it when I write up my full post my running update for the last week.

But it is late and I am falling asleep so I will chat with you all again tomorrow. As always luv ya all!

P.S. Before I forget I caved and ordered new inserts for my personal filofax dakota and am just crazy excited to use them in the next few weeks. I miss decorating my agenda pages. But for real this time good night.

Running update: end of march.

I was a bad runner, very bad, I had a total of 3 workouts in a two week time period. Failed 2 Nike+ challenges that I thought I was a shoe in to beat my family at. Sigh this work schedule killed me, with the store closing in the last full week of March it was difficult to find the time to get to the gym before work or after.

I just have to find the motivation to do it though. I cannot have another month like February and March in April, I have to find a way to turn this thing around. I also need to find a way to make the bf eat atleast a little heathier, I'm putting on insane pounds without my running and his cooking. I am pretty sure I have gained back 4-6 lbs of what I had lost in the last week alone.

I also going to attempt another fitness photo a day challenge on IG this one
Hoping I can do it this month without failing epicly by falling behind. Today I do need to post 1-3 as I haven't done that yet. Shouldn't be too bad though.

Well I am off to get my run on, wish me luck I hope it doesn't rain. And as always Luv Ya All!

Running update: 3/3-3/15

So lately 90% of my running has been on the treadmill, I say running but let's be honest it's really more of walking at a quick pace 1/2 the time. But the treadmill useage is really simply because it has been way too cold to run outside. That and the leggings my parents got for me to use running outside are now 2 sizes too big... Not really sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing, as they weren't cheap. But anyway I digress, this update is encompassing two full weeks of my running life, because... Well because I just didn't get around to writing it before last week was almost over. Anyway on with the recap.

3/7- like I said I have been running on the treadmill a lot, 2.33 miles total this day. Still hurt a bit to go faster than a walk so I did intervals of 90sec running, and 2 min walking.

3/9- this was the only day I had time and the weather was cooperating with me to go for a run outside. It was absolutely gorgeous out.
Not a cloud in the sky kinda day. I ended up with 3.22 miles on an out and back run. The plan was for more but my legs just wouldn't move the way I wanted them too.

3/12- back in the gym with the treadmill for 2.02 miles and some strength training. Used the leg press, and calf raises, as well as the lateral pull machines and did some push-ups for good measure.

3/13- another day in the gym with 1.64 miles and some bench pressing as well. Loving lifting again but I wish that the gym at my apartment complex had some free weights as well.

Anyway I am off to go look at some apartments to move into in the next month, fingers crossed the bf and I can find something before the end of our lease here. Wish us luck! And as always luv ya all!
