Yep I just need to catch up so I can start fresh tomorrow with the 15th and 16th days of my #RWRunStreak, so on with the program.
Day 11
was 3.04 miles wasn't really planned at that far just kinda went and kept going. I still can't believe how amazing I feel after a walk, run, or just a workout in general. It was a beautiful day too boot. This was also the day we signed up for our gym membership at anytime fitness. YAY for the gym.
Day 12 was on a Friday and I did have to work but this afternoon walk was pretty good as well, the bf came along on the walk again and we saw many interesting things like a turkey vulture.
And that buiding is just your average rest home/rehabilitation facility for older folks. It even came with this really creepy playground, sorry for te blurry pictures the bf had me moving my butt on this walk since he really did not want to be there.

Day 13 a Saturday, I was actually off of work, amazing I know, so I was able to get a 2.58 mile run in first thing in the morning, only to find out later that the bf wanted to go to the gym after he got off work. Which we did, I proceeded to get another 1.12miles on the elliptical trainer and do a wee bit of lifting. So excited. So that was a total of 3.7miles for the day. Yippie.
Day 14 was again after work, and in a full face of makeup because I wanted to get my run in before the massive rain storm that was coming in. As a result only went for 1.19 miles before it started to pour. It was sprinkling a bit during my run and it was super humid but it was still enjoyable.

And yet I did find something's that were interesting in the last week of runs. Aparently they have a thing called the book nook bonanza annually, I'm just a little curious about that
