Running update: June plan

So it has been a while since I have updated my running and workout plans here, I am horrible at it. But I have been keeping track of them in my runner's calendar
 and my Nike+ app, one of the things I love about the run journal/calendar is the graph in the back pages so that you can physically see the progress you have been making when adding miles to your weeks. 
I don't remember if I posted about it here or not but this is the last week of the #BikiniSeries on Tone It Up.com, I did get the nutrition plan and unfortunately fell off the plan when my work began scheduling me with more hours.

This week today I am starting again with it. And plan on running at least 50 miles total for the month of June. Now looking back at the months leading up to this I believe it is doable for me. And I plan to get at least 10-20 miles per week this month as well. So that should be fun right. I will also be working out every day with the tone it up book. I am so excited for this month.
