This week I plan on getting at least another 8-9 miles in and really push myself to jog/run most of the runs and cut my walking back to 30 second intervals only. We shall see how that works out. I would like to be able to have 4 miles in under an hour by the end of the month. I think it is do able.
In other news, I don't know if I mentioned this here or not, I actually fell on May 29th and have been having issues with my hand ever since. As a result of this, I am actually going to have to find a new dr before my annual appt comes up or go to the urgent care clinic and get it checked out. It's to the point that if I try to pick things up or even tap it on anything I just get sharp pains shooting ip my arm. Well we shall see who turns out with it.
