Running update: 3/3-3/15

So lately 90% of my running has been on the treadmill, I say running but let's be honest it's really more of walking at a quick pace 1/2 the time. But the treadmill useage is really simply because it has been way too cold to run outside. That and the leggings my parents got for me to use running outside are now 2 sizes too big... Not really sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing, as they weren't cheap. But anyway I digress, this update is encompassing two full weeks of my running life, because... Well because I just didn't get around to writing it before last week was almost over. Anyway on with the recap.

3/7- like I said I have been running on the treadmill a lot, 2.33 miles total this day. Still hurt a bit to go faster than a walk so I did intervals of 90sec running, and 2 min walking. 

3/9- this was the only day I had time and the weather was cooperating with me to go for a run outside. It was absolutely gorgeous out. 
Not a cloud in the sky kinda day. I ended up with 3.22 miles on an out and back run. The plan was for more but my legs just wouldn't move the way I wanted them too. 

3/12- back in the gym with the treadmill for 2.02 miles and some strength training. Used the leg press, and calf raises, as well as the lateral pull machines and did some push-ups for good measure. 

3/13- another day in the gym with 1.64 miles and some bench pressing as well. Loving lifting again but I wish that the gym at my apartment complex had some free weights as well. 

Anyway I am off to go look at some apartments to move into in the next month, fingers crossed the bf and I can find something before the end of our lease here. Wish us luck! And as always luv ya all!
