3/7- like I said I have been running on the treadmill a lot, 2.33 miles total this day. Still hurt a bit to go faster than a walk so I did intervals of 90sec running, and 2 min walking.
3/9- this was the only day I had time and the weather was cooperating with me to go for a run outside. It was absolutely gorgeous out.
3/12- back in the gym with the treadmill for 2.02 miles and some strength training. Used the leg press, and calf raises, as well as the lateral pull machines and did some push-ups for good measure.
3/13- another day in the gym with 1.64 miles and some bench pressing as well. Loving lifting again but I wish that the gym at my apartment complex had some free weights as well.
Anyway I am off to go look at some apartments to move into in the next month, fingers crossed the bf and I can find something before the end of our lease here. Wish us luck! And as always luv ya all!
