Crafty update...

Yep I haven't really had too much time for crafting. I do have several projects just sitting around collecting dust,  the first being the knit Olympics project. Second the good old blue bear. Now I know I should go into detail as to why these projects are on the back burner, but to be honest there is no one reason.

The knit Olympics shawl is on hold simply because it wasn't super portable for my trip at the end of February. I was scared my needles would get taken away. and when I got back the bf had moved it, I think it is packed up for the move already. Which honestly kind of stinks, knitting has a calming effect on me and he wonders why I am in such a mood all the time now. Hmm I wonder? Anyway this is how I was keeping track of the row and chart I was on...

 Yep the good old fashioned notes section on my iphone. What would I do without thee? I have no idea. But I was also reading the pattern in iBooks on my iPad... So yea I have no life. 

Honestly I think the blue bear has fallen to the same fate as the shawl and been packed away without my knowledge. However I have found peices of him around the apartment so it is possible that the peice I was working on just got moved somewhere in the piles of stuff to get packed. I honestly do not know. 

I have been drawing a little bit more lately and reading more when I have the chance, so be on the lookout for a new book post this week. I might post some of my recent sketches on here eventually as well, when I feel comfortable about how they look. Otherwise you will be able to find them in the scraps section of my deviant art acct.
