Anyway during the first half of this month I did run a total of six times from April 1st to the 15th.
April 3rd: I ran 4.46miles and this was the first time I had run outside in a few weeks. And loved every minute of it.
April 4th: ran 2.09 miles on the treadmill simply because I didn't have time to run outside that day, I needed the forced pace that it provides as I did not have too much spare time.
April 7th: ran 3.22 miles on the treadmill, ran this because my parents signed me into this program back home where they have a 5k once a week every Tuesday.
April 10th: 4.27 miles outside again and loved it so very much. I really love running and walking outside, but with my work schedule it doesn't allow for it to much. I wish it did, but what can you do. I also used this for a virtual 5k I think, it's been a while since I did it and cannot seem to find my notes on that run.
April 11th: 3.58 miles treadmill again while I do like running outside I do find the forced pace with the treadmill easier for me to train with. And I know that is probably not the best way to do things but I will probably get a talking to from any trainer when we join a gym.
April 13th: 2.33 miles outside. Didn't really have time to run too far this day but he weather was way too nice to not run outside.
So overall I am still enjoying the process of running, and have even found some virtual runs that I am enjoying. The one I did in this half of the month was the jelly bean 5k the week before Easter. And I have also been doing a few challenges with my parents as well.
