Life updated August 2018

Wow I am so bad at keeping this updated, I so don’t even know where to start since the app for this is no longer updated for my phone it makes it a little bit more difficult to remember to post regularly.  But that’s a story for another day, if you don’t follow my Facebook or Instagram we moved last July back to Colorado. It was a big todo and all that right after the littles first birthday. Fitting as she has now turned the big 2 and is really showing it. I was rehired at signet jewelers under the Zale Corp umbrella last year as well. We are happily living in a cute little townhouse and are finally tying the know this October in the mountains.

On the crafting side of things, I have only just recently started really getting into scrapbooking again, after working on a December Daily album last Christmas. I absolutely love how it is turning out, (no I have not completed it yet, still waiting on photos from the printer and the in-laws) I have however just asbout finished 5 months worth of the littles project life baby album (again waiting on photos from the in laws and ink for my printer). Her baby blanket has yet to be completed and I keep wanting to start a quiet book for her. Her favorite thing to do right now is buckle herself into her car seat.

On the workout front I have not had a decent one in months, the last two days however I have been able to get a couple of walks in. Just about 2 miles each. It never ceases to amaze me that I always have issues stoping my workout or walk until I can barely move and I love every second of it, but I can never find the time to get out and run when I’m not off work. When we lived in York I never had an issue with getting out and doing my runs now though it’s darn near impossible with my work schedule the way it is. 204 hours of vacation and I can’t use any of it due to management always being out and on vacation. I think I may put in for a week off next month in order to get back on track with my running. Also so that we can get all of our invitations out for the wedding.

Also just looking for ideas but I am toying with the idea of registering for the Disney princess 1/2 marathon on the 7th of this month. I know I would probably have enough time to truly train for it, and it would force me to get back into the swing of things with my running and workouts. What are your thoughts. Please let me know. It’s either that or the other 1/2 up Cheyenne Mountain which is on October 20th this year. Let me know what you all think, should I do the marathon the week before my wedding? Who knows.
