You see I kind of want my run streak to have started yesterday, but I don't know. My bf and mother both say I should wait until after my doctors appt on the 30th to start something like this seeing as how my knee was swollen the other day. It's fine now, and I really think it was just from not stretching properly before and after my runs/workouts.
This months runs have also been really interesting, since we moved I have had to find new running routes within our new neiborhood. I don't like it, the only route I have been able to find that doesn't bore me to tears is running to and from the post office. It is about 3.5mi out and back and not super interesting till you get to the prison. I mean the things you see in the front lawn of that place would blow your mind, (note to self never take kids on this route). Not that I plan on having kids here, long story ment for another day. And now for breakfast and possibly a walk, we shall see. Luv ya all! And I will talk with you again soon.
ETA: I did get a walk in today if not a run, in order to stop myself from running I wore what I would to go hiking (i.e. Denim shorts, and a lightweight tee, and no sports bra) for you see without a heavy duty sports bra running is just too painful for me and if I don't wear one I do not run, period. On a side note I did think of a way I could get some extra miles in, wearing my nike+ running shoes to the mall and tracking my steps. Good idea or not? What do you all think? Well I am off to get ready for work.
