Joy is such a broad encompassing term in my mind, I mean I find joy in so many things; color, stones, paper, or thread. The number one thing that I know has always brought me Joy and only small sporadic bouts of frustration is the smile on my little's face.
The second thing that brings me joy is my fiance he is always there to support me in everything that I do. He is the father of our little and would walk through fire for her in a heartbeat. He is not the biggest fan of people in general but he is perfect to me.
The another thing that brings me joy is helping out with the joy of others, the job that I currently hold I like to joke has me babysitting diamonds for a living but one of the bonuses to this job is that you can literally have a hand in every major life event in someones adult life, I have had a father come in for his daughter's sweet sixteen birthday gift, her high school class ring. I've had this same man bring in her boyfriend to help find a promise/engagement ring. I've helped husbands find the perfect push gift for their wives who are about to go into labor. I've also been there for the not so great times and helped them find gifts for mourning.
thing that brings me joy is being creative in any capacity really, I love taking printed photos of our family moments and putting them together in the project life album or the scrapbook for our daughter to look through. She loves being able to point herself out.
I also love to knit and crochet and creating laces in this way by challenging myself also brings me great Joy.... but I really suppose that this fits into the last one as well....
well I guess I can only really think of 4 things that bring me great joy. well I am off to get back to scrapbooking, wish me luck.

Baking: fudge fail! Almost.
Well I can honestly say that I have never messed up on such an amazingly simple recipe in my life. Let me have a little exposition here and give you a bit of a back story on this escapade. Last week exactly I thought to myself, hey I'm craving some chocolate, so I gave the bf some options for what I could make. The choices, mocha cupcakes or some simple chocolate fudge, I guess you can tell from the title what he picked.
Now can I just say the epic ness of this almost fail is not entirely my fault, the recipe called for a can of evaporated milk or 5 oz. now it called for the store brand and I assumed that the store brand would only be sold in that size. But that would not be economical I suppose. So anyway this is what the epic fail looked like before the fix.
