ok I know I need to work in this whole thing, possibly even start over. I'm talking about my workout plans and running plans. To be honest I haven't even put together a rub calendar for this year; from the move, little little's first birthday, my brothers high school graduation, and my family reunion, this summer is filling up fast. But to be honest all of the races I would want to do I probably should wait for. There are actually several other things that are on the agenda for the year but those will be revealed later I hope.
Accountability wise I've been using Snapchat and groupme in order to gain that group of workout friends who have been holding me accountable for what I eat and make sure I get my workouts in everyday. I mean I actually went and did a 5k walk with the little on Monday which I will admit proved to me how abosolutely out of shape I really am. But it was fun and enjoyable with the unseasonably warm weather we had here this weekend, I mean it was 55* in February that never happens.
On a slightly unrelated note, I'm thinking about doing a no spend for the next month, no Starbucks no eating out at work. That sort of thing, I'm just curious how much of my discretionary money is being wasted on these things. And honestly I know if I were to stop eating and drinking these things then I should be able to lose weight much faster. Just a thought, we shall see.
Other than that we have a lot of packing and such to do, but let's be honest we both know I'm probably not gonna do that today, I think I'm going to pull out the blanket I was making for the little little and see if I can finish it before her 7 month birthday.
