Ok where to begin...

I really have a decent reason for being away as long as I have and it doesn't even have anything to do with forgetting my password, although that could be a contributing factor. But if you know me on a personal level you also know when I have big changes happening I have equally as big of issues sharing them with the outside world. And not long after I stopped posting here I had two epically large changes happen in my life.

The first, on October 13th 2015, my boyfriend and I drove out to Cape May, NJ for a quick get away vacation

It was just a single over night trip but the following morning at sunrise on the beach he asked me to marry him 

I got my green diamond vintage inspired ring. We then spent the rest of the day exploring what shops were still open at the very end of the beach season. So we had a lot of fun to say the least. But working retail and not having any vacation hours put a slight damper on the trip. 

Fast forward to December 3rd and realizing that I was late... Yes that late my friends, me the resident "I hate kids" lady took a test that was positive two separate days.

I had her on July 11th, and now on the last day of August 2016 I cannot imagine my life without this tiny little angel. I might share more about that surprise in a later post if I can find the time.

 Between her and work now I cannot find a moment to even read my long TBR pile, however that does not stop me from adding to it. I hope to have a couple of books read before the end of September and pray that I can get back on a running training schedule, that got thrown out the window back in December.
