Workout progress: 2/5/15

So I have been keeping up pretty well with the Tone It Up girls #loveyourbody challenge and working out in some way every morning. My favorite workouts by far are the HIIT routines that they have done. But the fun thing is that most days for the Morning Booty Call portion of the routine they let you pick whatever type of cardio you enjoy most, whether that be running, elliptical, stair master, or any other type of aerobic exercise at a moderate to intense level. Not only that, but they also give each one a mile number equivilant.

Today is one of those days, it's two miles toward the goal of 100 for the length of this challenge. Over all I think I am doing well with the challenge, unfortunately my diet hasn't been what it should be and I think that might be a contributing factor in why I haven't been losing the weight that I feel I should be. As of yesterday day evening here is where I am standing on the 100byVDay challenge
Not fantastic I know Considering valentines day is a little more than a week away. But I have a lot of running planned for today, after my appointment at the beauty school (more on that later).
