A little late... run update

So I know I am a couple days late in posting this, but work and weather have been a wee but crazy the last week. This is my view from my run today.  
Yep I am typing this from my iphone in Products gym while I am on the treadmill trying to figure out how I am gonna get my 12.5 mile training run in. Anyway let's get on with the update. 

Saturday January 18: I ended up with only 1.78 ish miles on the treadmill I also did some strength training on the weight machines in the gym. Is it bad that I would almost kill for just a cheap set of dumbbells in this gym. You can only do so much with the machines. But I digress

Sunday January 19: I did 3.84 miles it was just so cold. My cold weather attire is only good between 20-40 degrees, let's just say it's been balls to the wall seventh level of hell cold here lately. And last Sunday I was foolish enough to think "hey it's sunny the snow is melted that means it's warm" nope I was wrong. Lucky I was doing an out and back run and a loop to get 10 miles in. I ended at the out and back if you were wondering. 

Monday: again I was foolish in thinking sun ment warmth. 4.29 miles instead of the long run I was attempting to make up for. 

Tuesday-Saturday: work was crazy and with the snow and below zero temps I didn't really want to risk injury on the ice. 

Sunday: which brings us to today the goal is to somehow get 12 miles with some sort of combo of elliptical and treadmill. We shall see though, there are more people in here since I got into the gym. 

ETA: yep didn't get 12 miles in it was just too crowded in the gym so only 3.76 miles as of noon today.
