Goals update... Yarniness

Yup this is the post I've been procrastinating against so hard all week. A simple goals update for my crochet and knitting business and hobby. To put it mildly this isn't going to be the best update. what with everything that has happened in the last year, I haven't even had a chance in the last 6 months to really take inventory of all of my items for the shop. So let's get down to the nitty gritty of it all and see where I am at.

While I did get it up and running this year to try and sell some of the dolls I have made in the last few years, it is not the most professional looking shop. I haven't gotten around to designing the logo or header for the shop. And I even let the listings expire a couple times in this year as well, not my ideal scenario but with my day job and bills there just wasn't time to keep up with it. But I am hoping to have a bigger base of crafted items for it within the following month or two. Please do hold me accountable for this. I mean most of my product is sitting in bags. 

Craft fairs and shows

I had also wanted to have at least a couple of craft shows under my belt this fall, and had even looked into a couple back home before the big move. But that was when I was under the impression that I could convince the bf to move out there instead of me moving out here. But I don't even know where to look out here and I am pretty sure that I missed the deadline to be a vender at most of the ones out here. Do the plan at this point is to research and save for entries into the state and county fairs next year and plan it all out. So over the next week I will be looking up different craft shows and fairs in the area which are done on an annual basis to get a handle on the next year. 

Inventory

So the next couple of weeks I will be taking stock of my supplies and such to see what other new products I can make. Kind of excited for this aspect of a year end project. Mostly because it means I will know what I have before our next possible move and I can start using it to relax as well. We shall see how it turns out. 

I mean would you wanna go through this mess. Oh well it is my disorganization that got me into this mess. I mean I have dolls everywhere

This one decided he wanted to take a nap in my stamping box. And the frankendolly is just chilling on the kitchen counter. 

 Yea I know I need to get some shelves or something to help with the mess on the counter. Most of it is the bf's anyway and he doesn't like me moving things around.
