Just a wee bit of a crochet update

So now that the messiness of that random venting is behind us, hope I didn't turn off too many of you guys. I have a crochet update for you all :random cheers in my head: yes I know I haven't really been keeping up with my crocheting or knitting for that matter, but yesterday I was super bored and couldn't go out for another run so I pulled out the tan doll. It is just about done, already working on seaming him up as we speak.

unfortunately she is a bit of a Frankenstein doll as I did run out do the tan yarn and the closest place that would have it is 45 min away. I'm sorry but that is one long a** trip just for a ball of yarn. Anyway I think I will make her a cute little dress or skirt to cover that little spot up and no one will ever know.

I have even started on a new project

 and if you can guess from this what it wil be I give you mad props! I was just about through with the front half when I left work last night, I needed some form of stress relief as there were 0 I mean ZERO customers in the mall. So I could not use my usual selling as a stress reliever process. I did on my only customers all night however, they came in at about 7:45, it was the most charming lady and her mother. And they bought the amount of my sales goal and then some, and left by about 8:30. Anyway that was a long tangent from today's purpose, back on topic Krysten. I do love how fast this project works up, it is the third time I have made him and it just works like a breeze. I am sure that there is a quicker way of making the pieces for this character but I kind of like the way I have been doing it. Anyway I only need to do a couple more rows on the front of the body, the back of the body and the gusset and then this little guy will be ready to sell as well.

The blue doll I did not work on at all yesterday, even though he did  one with me to work. The color was just too depressing to look at, and his foot just ended up sitting in my purse all night unworked. This is mostly because by the time I was done with all the yarn I had brought with me for the new project it was close to closing time and I had to get the store ready for the next day. But when I was writing up this post in my notes last night I did talk about how my brain did guilt me into brining him  out of my purse and trying to work on him by the end of the night. Well I think that is all that I had written down for my actual post that should have been typed last night, sorry about that I just wanted to curl into a ball and sleep it off but anyway thanks for listening and luv ya all!
