Going random tonight, oh yea...

This is just going to be a short unplanned post. Sorry I still get to be random sometimes right? Anyway, tomorrow I go back to work after what my bf calls our weekend (I rarely get two days off in a row so yea) and I am planning on going for a 45-75 minute run/jog before going into work. Sad thing is that there is a freeze warning in effect out here until tomorrow morning at 9am. Now the question I really need to ask myself is do I want to wear my normal running attire or do I want to dig out a pair of pants that possibly do not even fit anymore with the hope of retaining some body heat on this run?

Work wise things are going relatively well, a little boring but that is to be expected in such a specialty shop. That and people are on average more likely to get pregnant during the winter months so we should be expecting more business right? Maybe I am remembering that statistic wrong... I'll get back to you all on that later. But anyway I don't know if I will actually post too much about my 9-5 job because there are some rules with working in retail that should be abided by. Mainly that I can be canned if I post anything that reflects poorly upon my employer or business. However I think that since social media really took off that this has been the case, and as a result usually try to keep my whining about work to a minimum as it is a paycheck.

But like I said before my plan is to do a medium length run in the morning followed by a short one to get the blood flowing in my knee again after work as well. The cold has really been doing a number on me every day. So I have basically been living with Icy Hot on my leg every night. I do not like the menthol smell of it, not at all. But it could be worse right. Yes I could be waking up with a swollen immobile leg every morning before going for my run. That my friends would be unacceptable.

The main reason for the running schedule for tomorrow is that I am still training for the Disney Princess 1/2 marathon in February and I do not want to mess up my race for my qualifying time. I think it will be the Give thanks for Lebanon 10k in just under a month, well actually exactly a month from today. It is a run that is going to be in Lebanon, PA on the 23 of November. I am pretty excited it will be my first real race in years, I don't expect to place too well but atlas time will have done it right ? And I will be one step closer to my long term goals.

Well it think that is going to be it for my rambling today, I leave you with a picture of the breakfast my boyfriend made me this morning.
It was most delicious to be honest and I hope to get him to do it again. They are cinnamon rolls put into the waffle iron. And now that really is all for today's update ish thing.
