OK so lets see.... I ordered my yarn for Sahara and I bought it from webs simply because knitpicks is pissing me off. when I asked for help from costumer service they wrote me back and it seemed like they were talking down to me ... or as my mom put it when she read the email, "treating me like i was a 4 year old with a charge card." I love my mom she is awesome. but any who my yarn from WEBS should be arriving soon, I ordered the berroco softwist in nouveau berry.

also on a side note I got my letter from my pen pal and I feel really bad cause the one I need to send is still at home waiting on a stamp. so I hope to get that out tomorrow morning cause I don't have to work tomorrow so I can... I don't know what I am talking about anymore.

Ok as much as I LOVE the knitpicks yarns I have to say that I gave up on waiting for the site to let me order my yarn for Sahara. and so I will be ordering some berroco softtwist from WEBS. who knows this may actually get me out of my I must by cheap yarn thought process.

HAPPY and annoyed

Well to start on a happy note, I finally got a new job, Macy's rocks. I had the interview earlier this week and had a secondary interview today. Tuesday morning I'm going back to sign up for payroll and the beginning of the next week I start training. The hours are great, just three days a week on average, usually weekends. Which should be great.

The annoying thing for this last couple days is the fact that i had to rip out my Eiffel sleeve, but that was last night and its now further along than it was when I had to rip. who knows I may actually make my goal and finish this before I need to start on the next project for the Sexy Knitters Club. I Really liked Sahara and cant wait to start it.

and it snowed today.... snow .... the whole week spoiled people it was in the 80's-ish (or at least it felt like it,) earlier this week. Today it didn't even break 40...

Sahara won

I am so glad that Sahara won the poll for the next KAL. It seems like that would be a rather simple sweater to make and it wont cost me as much to get everything that I would need for it. yippee. I think i will end up making the short sleeve in a super wash wool.

My Japanese midterm is also this afternoon, actually in one hour and forty minutes. wish me Luck I'm gonna need it. I mean I'm pretty solid on the grammar and hirigana, its the katakana and kanji that have me stumped. so needless to say i am pretty much screwed. oh well maybe I can snake by with a C on this then get an A on the final.... maybe.

I am also almost done with the first sleeve on my Eiffel sweater. soon I will be changing to the ribbed stitch, I cant wait. I think i should be done with both sleeves by the end of the weekend and starting the bodice. yippee.

as far as my Japanese midterm I'm pretty sure i probably got no higher than a D, so all break i'm going to be studying that and math so no fun for me.

My next Algebra test is today at ten o'clock. I'm kinda nervous cause I didn't really study I've just been working on Eiffel all weekend and am almost to the arm holes. I also started the sleeves and those are beginning to confuse me, but I'm sure I'll figure them out by the end of the week. Next week is also spring break, plenty of knitting time and I may be able to get the sweater done by the end of the month and be able to wear it out drinking like I had wanted to. I think that my buddy will get a kick out of it, he's only ever seen me in jeans and a sweatshirt, so this sweater might help him not see me as one of the guys if I am lucky.

My next projects I think will be either

• the corded yoke pullover (from winter 2006 interweave)
• the Arctic Diamonds Stole
• Orbit lace (from spring 2007 knit scene)
• sweet rose
• or the next SKC KAL

I am really not sure as of yet, who knows maybe I will have a better idea when i am finnished with Eiffel.
Edit well as far as my math test i am pretty sure i bombed it so that there will be the only test i can fail this semester. so in closing its time for me to study my japanese.

well its snowing again today. I hate the snow. well lets see what do i have to say today besides that. well my english class wasnt too bad today. For my essay being 4 days late i got a 65% on it, now in reality thats not to bad considering the fact that my teacher takes off half of a letter grade for every day late i didnt do to bad on the writing of that essay.

as far as my knitting goes i think i will still work up the Eiffel sweater even though the knitalong is over. i really wanted to make it before i knew about the KAL so... umm... yea. Though i know everyone else already knows about the anticraft, i really like their new issue they have up.

OH CRAP!! my older brother's birthday is tomorrow and i havent gotten anything for him yet. damn it. well i guess i will be shopping tomorrow morning. um... but what to get him.....

well i think thats all i have to say for the day. besides i gotta study my Japanese cause my happy butt has another Quiz tomorrow.
