October Daily and wedding check in

So this week has been mostly about me writing the stories to go with the photos I have taken. The first story is actually from before the start of October, her first time doing a relatively long/short road trip to Trinidad, CO to meet the fiance's sister's godmother. The photos will actually be coming from snapfish this time around instead of me printing them at home, this is due to time constraints with the wedding planning and Halloween planning. I don't think I thought this plan through very well but I do want to continue with the project.

However the wedding planning has been insane in and of itself that I am not sure how this is going to turn out. This past weekend we had the cake tasting, and the meeting with the photographer, the cake decorator did tell us some more not so great things about the venue we chose. Although she did also let us know that the new GM was pulling the ship back together, and helped to ease some of our fears about the venue. So honestly if you live in the Denver, Co area and you haven't tried the dessert stand yet you should their cup cakes are amazing and they have so many different and unique flavors. and the ladies there were awesome.

I am so excited for our cake flavors I just hope that more people RSVP for this thing. The only things that we really need to finish up are the place cards, the memory table, the guest book, and the marriage licence... I suppose the most important thing would be the licence right? That is the one thing that we should really be worried about getting, as long as that is completed then the rest should fall into place. This week I will also be picking up all of the ingredients to make the favors for the guests, its fascinating to me how the favors have turned into Aspen leaf ornaments when we thought we were only going to give favors to family and our super close friends to me baking 100-200 cookies for all of the guests to get a couple of them at the wedding, and special batches for my parents and his parents. but we shall see if it turns into something else as we get closer.
