June 2014 ipsy bag

Well after last months fiasco, I was really unsure if I would even keep my ipsy subscription, long story involving the move. But right now I am glad I did, this month features several items that I am excited to try. The bag itself is an absolutely beautiful Rebecca Minkoff cosmetic bag. 

I absolutely love the print and color choices. And now on to the products. 

The first item I pulled out of the bag was a Ofra brow pencil in the color universal. 

It is actually a pretty good match for me, and since I did just run out of my favorite brow pencil I was in the market for another one. So I will be giving it a good old fashioned try. 

The second item I pulled from the bag was very exciting to me, 

The NYX butter gloss in eclair. I have been meaning to try this out and have heard so much about this product and have really been trying to find a good color on me. To be honest I could not wait to try this out and it smells so delicious. 

The third product in my bag was this really lovely shimmer eyeliner by Nicka K. I love the teal color and was so excited to try it... Unfortunately I will not use it beyond the test I did with it when I got the bag. Simply because when I tried it out it burned my eyes more than anything I have ever tried. But I will say this it did look amazing with my skin and eye color. 

 

The fourth item in the bag was a sample of Carol's Daughter sacred tiare styling cream.

I don't know if I will use this before fall as it is a blow dry cream and I do not have a blowdrier here at my new apartment. It doesn't have a strong fragrence which I love. 

Last item in the bag was a perfume sample of Real Tree for her. To be hones it isn't my favorite scent and I might just give it away to someone. But I am greatful that they put the sample in a separate plastic bag in the bag to save from leakage, like the last fragrence sample I got from them. 

Needless to say I think the best parts of this month were the bag and the lipgloss, to be honest I could have done without the rest of it this month. Well that is it for now hope your day is going amazing. And as always luv ya all.
