Monday: I did my run outside and it was amazing and beautiful outside and I just absolutely had to do this run.
Tuesday:
Yep this workout was in the gym at the apartment and was one of my longer runs this week. 5.08 miles in 1 hour and 12 minutes, probably my best pace on the treadmill ever.

Wednesday: I only had enough time for a short treadmill run, only 1.26 miles. Had to run all sorts of errands before going into work.
Thursday & Friday: didn't have time to run, I opened at work on these days. And even with getting off work before 6 pm the bf hasn't really been very supportive of the running obsession either. Oh well.
Which brings us to today. Saturday: today I did a mix of treadmill and elliptical trainer work outs and finished with 5.95 miles today. I have decided that I really enjoyed this workout today and think I might have to do this type of workout more often.
