Vintage baseball in Gettysburg

If you follow me on instagram or twitter you know that yesterday was a pretty interesting day. The bf and I went to the vintage baseball tournament in Gettysburg, PA. Which was a lot of fun. We got there around 9:30am, which was about an hour after they started the event. I learned a lot and discovered that vintage baseball is much more interesting than regular baseball. They played by 1864 rules and not only that but they dressed as such as well.
This is something that my bf really enjoys I kind of want to see if he will let me use some of his pictures, as the only camera I had brought was attached to my phone which kept overheating in the sun of the absolutely gorgeous cloudless day.

After the vintage baseball we went to wander through the old battlefields and went looking at the monuments and memorials.

This is the Pennsylvania memorial.
We saw several other memorials and such but my phone had died so I was unable to get any more pictures. But overall I had a lot of fun, and we decided that we were going to need to spend a couple days in Gettysburg to truly get a handle on seeing everything. Hoping today is just as fun. We're going to see dispicable me 2 finally. 😁 So excited.
