To combat this I went to the gym today and ran 3.29mi in 35 minutes. However I might have pushed myself a little harder than I should have as it was at 6:30 tonight that I was in the gym and I am still at 9:45 having slight chest pains (breathing too hard and massively accelerated heartrate) and a mild headache, all of which could feel much worse. But I did the math and I averaged about a 10:40min/mi pace. Which I am very proud of.
On another note I plan on trying to keep up with another photo a day challenge on instagram which is fitness related. We shall see if I am an epic fail at this one too (I have yet to post something everyday without falling behind) yeah I know.
But we shall see what tomorrow holds for me. Might be attemting another run streak, which would be fun. Night everyone.
