well I finished my essay last night and got it posted on RamCT at 1204 this morning, not bad if I do say so myself. I finished the first sock last week and am almost done with the cuff of the second. I am not sure why i thought that this pattern would be soo much more difficult than it actually is. but i did go figure. as far as the shawl goes i may end up having to start it over again but we shall see when i finish the first repeat of the chart. i may only have to add stitches in order to get the next three to look proper.
on another note my dad refused to let me take my car back up to Fort Collins yesterday afternoon which really sucked a lot. I ended up having to drive the navigator up here and gettign a temperary parking pass for the week. what joy. i really hope that it warms up today so that the ice melts and I can make it to the bank to deposit the money that my dad gave me yesterday. so yea I think that may be all I have to say at this point in the day may add more later though.
I think that after I go to the bank today I might walk over to the yarn store up the street from my apartment just to see what they have in stock right now and if I can pick up the yarn i need for the mittens i planned on making that would be great. so cross your fingers and pray
